Our facility will be the first place in Northern BC to offer Hot-Cold Contrast Therapy. Experience chromotherapy with our infrared sauna and rejuvenate with a cold plunge.

Come on by for a visit.

Hours of operation: Monday to Friday: 9am to 7pm *summer hours may change.

Front desk support only from 10-2 currently (Monday to Thursday).
