Counselling Session Fees
Individual Counselling Session – 50 minutes

Fees and Payment methods
All prices include tax. Accepted methods of payment are cash, cheque, debit, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
Direct billing is also available for some insurance companies with certain treatments.
If you have extended health benefits, please let our front desk know, so we can see if you are eligible for direct billing.
Some clients have arranged for another party to pay for their session. Please inform our front desk team if there is a third-party payer. You are responsible for any outstanding fees that are not covered by that other party.
Fees listed are effective as of June 1, 2023 and are subject to change. Fees include GST and for counselling specifically, are set according to the BCACC’s recommended fee schedule. Please ask for information on fees that apply to other services (e.g., professional consultation, preparation of records for insurance/legal purposes, formal/detailed written reports, etc.).

Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday: 9am to 7pm *summer hours may change.
Front desk support only from 10am to 2pm currently (Monday to Thursday).
